Rosalie's Cucina

Rosalie's Cucina is an Italian restaurant home to a close staff, most of whom have worked together for a number of years. Executive chef Marc Albino has been at Rosalie's for seven years, though he has been working in restaurants since he was 14 years old. Albino loves the feeling of turning raw ingredients into delicious dishes and satisfying his customers' hunger. Chef John Maxson has worked for Rosalie's off and on for a number of years. It is the adrenaline rush he gets from working in the kitchen that drives him back time and again. Runner Eric Disanto describes the atmosphere of the restaurant on Friday and Saturday nights as "fun, loud and fast."
