Linda McCarthy has been a teacher at Waterman Elementary School in Skaneateles, N.Y., for more than 20 years. All day long her art classroom is filled with children eager to learn new skills and techniques in different mediums. But McCarthy faces the challenges of spending limited time with each class and having the curriculum change regularly. Even with all the different challenges of being a teacher, she gets fulfillment from when children learn and excel in the arts.
